Designer Kitchen Sinks Lifetime Limited Warranty
Designer Kitchen Sinks warranty is only applicable to the original owner of the sink. (Proof of purchase may be requested in the event of a warranty claim) Designer Kitchen Sinks will replace without charge (excluding labor for re-installation and transportation), any Stainless Steel sink supplied by Designer Kitchen Sinks that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, within the specified appropriate period (Limited Lifetime) from date of purchase, to the original owner, provided it has been used solely in a residential application and installed in accordance with the Designer Kitchen Sinks installation instructions, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. Designer Kitchen Sinks is not liable under the following conditions:
- Improper installation/modification
- Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
- Improper care or maintenance
- Damages resulting from improper care or maintenance
- Scuffs or scratches
- Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.)
- Any modifications made to the product after it left Designer Kitchen Sinks premises
- Commercial Application
Designer Kitchen Sinks reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Replacement cost excludes transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation. This warranty will not cover any damages that might be caused by the products. (Some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may not apply to you.) This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
By the purchase and use of our products, you agree that Designer Kitchen Sinks is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages associated with the return, replacement, installation or use of our products. This includes freight costs, cartridge replacements, labor, travel time, lost profit, home damages, and other contingent liabilities and costs (including, without limitation, costs associated with experts, investigations, analyses, attorneys and other professionals and services). The Designer Kitchen Sinks warranty is a comprehensive and explicit limit of liability and all items outside of it are not addressable by or the responsibility of Designer Kitchen Sinks. Certain states have variances regarding implied warranties and in those situations we remain fully compliant. Designer Kitchen Sinks makes no implication that products comply with any or all local building or plumbing codes. It is the consumer's responsibility to determine local code compliance.
